Description

Dura-Prime helically wound tensile cords are specially manufactured with twisted heat-set and chemically set polyester material. The body rubber is a highly engineered synthetic rubber, specially compounded for cool running, crack resistance, and excellent bonding to the outside fabric and tensile cords. The outside fabric wrap is treated with highly engineered oil and heat-resistant synthetic rubber, specifically compounded for superior wear resistance. Banded belts feature heavy-duty woven fabric backing encapsulated in rubber for superior flexibility. Wedge Belts feature a narrower and deeper wedge shaped “V” with higher power capability and more efficient load carrying characteristics that allow for smaller and more compact drives. 40° angle available in spacing from 5/8″ to 1-1/4″, widths from 1/2″ to 1-1/4″ and depths from 5/16″ to 3/4″.
